ANNOYANCE: Being in the same car as someone who has completely different music taste.
Are you ever driving somewhere with someone who has the complete opposite taste in music than you? And feels the need to play radio tug of war with you? I do. All the time.
I think the rule should be as a driver you have the right to choose the station to listen to, because you are driving and need to be able to concentrate on the road with the appropriate beat guiding you to your destination.
Otherwise, listening to the wrong beat can cause serious hazards on the road.

I prefer r&b and hip hop while I drive, it's not mellow enough to make me sleepy and it provides a good flow which keeps me alert and conscious of what's going on around me. However, my brother will constantly keep changing the station to some euro trash house music which drives me insane. I mean, all I want to do is get to the mall, I don't need the soundtrack of my last trip to Prague's club distract ounce-ounce-ouncing my head while I get there.
BOTTOM LINE: I should control the music. In fact, while driving or not.
